Open Accounts You may request to open an account with Aerial Access by providing credit and billing information. Once a credit check has been completed, you will be notified of your credit limit. Until your account has been established all orders will be on a C.O.D. basis. Account Terms All accounts are Net 30 days. An account becomes past-due on the 31st day from the date of the invoice. All past due accounts are subject to a service charge of 1 1/2% per month(18% annually) or $1.00 whichever is more. Contual collection problems will result in closing of your account. Preparing your Orders It is best to determine as many of your needs, such as; vertical or oblique, area to be covered, print or electronic format, prior to placing an order. For those unfamiliar with the process or in need of some extra guidance our customer service department is available for phone or walk-in consultations Monday thru Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. A sales consultant is available to visit your office from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday thru Friday. Delivery Schedules It is our desire to provide highest quality imagery in the shortest time possible.
